Shipping & Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 Hours (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Standard shipping times vary based on location, typically 2-4 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- All hat sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Order Issues & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed—please double-check your order before checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with your local post office or file a claim with the shipping provider.
Sizing & Product Care
- All hats are one-size-fits-most with an adjustable snapback closure.
- To maintain quality, spot clean only—do not machine wash.
